How do I place an order?
  • View the products you are interested in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price. After selecting your product(s) and you are at the cart section, press the ADD TO CART button.
  • If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering, logging into your account or simply checking-out as a guest.
  • Fill in shipping information and billing information.
  • Select the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.
  • Upon successful completion you will see a summary of your order and you will receive a relevant email.
Are transactions secure?

Madame shoushou takes necessary precautions in order to protect the security of your data. All critical information such as credit card data are processed through third party and highly credible providers such as PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you do wish to cancel it please email us about your request on info@madameshoushou.com.

Where should I head to if there is a problem with my order?

Can I add a product to the order I have just placed?

In this case you need to make a new order.

What should I do if a product is missing is missing from my order?

In this case you need to contact us by sending us an e-mail at info@madameshoushou.com in order to resolve the problem.

Which couriers do you use for deliveries?

For deliveries within Greece madame shoushou uses the FIS courier service. For deliveries abroad, service is carried out by ELTA courier.

How long will it take to receive my order and what are the shipping costs?

Greece – all domestic orders have a 5€ shipping cost and take approximately 3 to 5 working days to arrive. International – All orders shipped outside of Greece take 2 to 10 working days to arrive with a flat fee of 7€ per order.

Can I track my order?

If you wish to track your order please contact us at info@madameshoushou.com requesting your tracking number.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

In case delivery is delayed by more than the expected time, as set, you need to contact us via e-mail at info@madameshoushou.com

What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

Greece – In the case that the package arrives to your location while you are away, FIS Courier will attempt to contact you either by phone or SMS to arrange a new delivery date and time. If the courier service is unable to contact you, the package is stored for a few days in the local office. If after a few days the company is still not available to communicate with you, the package is returned to us and marked as denied by customer. Once returned to us, the order is cancelled and a new order will have to be placed.

International – In regards to orders that are shipped outside of Greece, the responsible courier service will contact you through the phone number you provided during your order in order to arrange a date and time for delivery. If the courier service cannot communicate with you in order to arrange the delivery, the package is returned to us and marked as denied by customer. Once returned to us, the order is cancelled and a new order will have to be placed.

Is VAT included in price?

VAT on all products is included in the price stated.
